All Sales Are Final
All purchases from LdotResellz are final. Because our vendor/sourcing packs and reselling guide are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is complete and the files have been made available to you. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptions We Do Consider
We'll review refund or credit requests in these situations: you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge); you never received access to your purchased files (non-delivery); or the files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable. Requests outside these cases, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with vendor results, or not reading product details before purchase, will not be approved.
How to Request Help
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception above, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We'll review and respond within 2-3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your account being suspended and blocked from future purchases while the dispute is resolved.
